Forest Bathing
Gentle walking in leisure, awareness, and with open senses; frequently pausing in silence – listening to the breath and the sounds of nature. You will experience this on a short hike along a breathtakingly beautiful stream that winds through a mystically beautiful forest valley. Small mindfulness exercises and meditation sessions will lead you ever closer to inner peace and to your true self. Please bring food, a mat, and a towel.
